Eclectic Los Angeles label Friends of Friends has a massive, beautiful playlist that’s meant to be played when you’re up too damn early (or too damn late.)

Up Too Early is a mellow, gorgeous, flowing playlist that features the likes of Nicolas Jaar, Mark McGuire, Goldmund, Baths, Nils Frahm, Bibio, Mark Barrott, Steve Hauschildt, Vermont and many, many, many more.  It can be appreciated as background music but merits a closer (and louder) listen as well. It’s recommended to listen on shuffle and while it’s ostensibly for the witching hours, the chill atmosphere works at any time of day. The sprawling but consistent playlist was so popular that the label enlisted their friends (and friends of friends) to specifically make tracks with the theme in mind, creating an excellent compilation by the same name.

With close to 12 hours of handpicked tranquility that will get you vibing real quick, Up Too Early is a must listen for fans of lush minimal electronic music.
